  • Request a New Natural Gas Service Line and Meter

    You’re ready to receive natural gas at your site and need to request a service line and meter

    To request a service line and meter set, download and complete the Service Line Application in the “Resources” section. The completed form can be emailed to KGSNewServiceApp@KansasGasService.com or faxed to 1-866-643-1390. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Contact Center at 800-794-4780 (between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CT) and we’ll be happy to help you.

     

  • Relocate a Natural Gas Meter

    You need to move a natural gas meter on your site.

    If you need to relocate a natural gas meter, please contact our Customer Contact Center at 800-794-4780 (between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CT) and we’ll be happy to help you.  

  • Relocate a Service or Main Line

    You want to move a service or main line on your site.

    If you need to relocate your service or line, please contact our Customer Contact Center at 800-794-4780 (between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CT) and we’ll be happy to help you.  

  • Reconnect a Natural Gas Service Line and Meter

    You need to turn natural gas back on at your site that previously had service.

    To request a reconnection of a service line and meter set, download and complete the Service Line Application in the “Resources” section. The completed form can be emailed to KGSNewServiceApp@KansasGasService.com or faxed to 1-866-643-1390.   • Discontinue a Natural Gas Service Line

    To discontinue a natural gas service line at your site, fill out the service line retirement form.

  • Elevated Pressure Request (EPR)

    You need to increase your natural gas load or receive elevated pressure on your site.
