During this rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we understand the difficulties customers are facing. Below you will find a collection of options and resources available to you that provide both different ways to manage your natural gas account and get help paying your bill.

In order to lessen any financial hardship the COVID-19 pandemic may have on our customers, we are not assessing late payment charges for accounts that miss their due date through the end of 2020.

Text Messaging Service

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, field technicians will no longer collect payments at the door prior to disconnecting service.

We have added a new feature to our text messaging service that advises customers, with a cell phone number listed, of their account status if it becomes past due and subject to disconnection.

  1. What can I expect in this text message?
    • The text will include the past due amount, account number and a link to access their online account to make a payment, register for an account or make a guest payment.

  2. What if I'm unable to pay due to the COVID-19 pandemic?
    • We want to work with you to keep your natural gas service on. You can speak to a customer service representative Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT at 800-794-4780. You can also reach out to us via Facebook and Twitter
