Payment Arrangements

Sometimes it may be challenging to pay your monthly bill. If you are a residential customer and have received a notice that your service might be turned off for non-payment, your account may be eligible for a payment arrangement.

Please contact our customer service department Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT, at 1-800-794-4780, or by filling out the Contact Us form on our website. To make arrangements, we must have your account number and service address.

To report a natural gas odor or emergency, leave the area immediately and then call 911 and 888-482-4950.
