Customers can now edit their contact preferences regarding their accounts. Receive convenient reminders by text or email about when bills are due, confirmations that payments have been received, reminders about payment arrangements, and general account updates.
Editing your contact preferences is easy and can be done in four easy steps:
Log in to your online account.
Under "My Account," select, "Make changes to my account" in the drop down menu.
Select the "Edit Contact Preferences" icon.
Opt in or out of text or email alerts regarding your account, billing and payments and general communications.
