Third Party Notification
Under the Third Party Notification Plan, the customer designates a third party to receive a copy of the disconnection notice prior to disconnection of service. The third party usually is a caregiver, such as a relative, friend or member of the clergy. The notice gives the designated third party an opportunity to assist the customer in taking action before service is discontinued. For additional information about this option contact
